You can log into the fleet system on many different devices, ranging from desktop computers, to tablets and mobile phones. The platform interface you are shown varies according to the device used, but the key steps remains the same for all devices.
- Open a web browser on your desktop computer or mobile device, and navigate to https://www.verizonconnect.com. Click the Login button in the upper right corner of the screen, and then select the Login button under the Verizon Connect Fleet section. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to https://login.telogis.com.
- Type your email address or username into the upper text field. Usernames are accepted in the form of account:username, but you are encouraged to use your email address instead.
- Type your password into the password field. If you do not know your password, click the Forgot Password link to reset it (the password reset instructions will be sent to you as an email), or contact email@example.com.
If you would like the login screen to remember your name in future, select the Remember Username checkbox. For security reasons, you should only select this box if you are using a personal computer or device rather than one shared between several people.
- Click the Sign In button. If you are on a desktop computer, the platform interface opens after displaying a loading animation.
